Ingredients :
- 1 liter of coconut milk from 1 coconut grated
- 250 g sugar
- 1/8 tsp red dye
- 2 coconuts and a half old, shaved smooth
Complement :
- 150 g tapai cassava, cored, diced 1 cm
- 150 g tapai black rice, ready-made
- 100 ml of sweetened condensed milk
How to make:
- Boil coconut milk and sugar to a boil while stirring constantly. Add dye and stir well. Lift. Stir until cool.
- Store in the freezer until slightly frozen, rake-rake with a spoon, then beat with a mixer. Do it 2-3 times so smooth.
- In the last shuffle, enter the shaved coconut and stir well.
- Presentation: Place tapai tapai cassava and black rice in serving glasses, add the coconut milk ice dredged.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk. Serve
