Ingredients:

  • 350 grams of cassava (which are already peeled and drying approximately 3-4 days) 
  • 1 cup of boiled water 
  • 150 grams of brown sugar (fine comb) 
  • 200 grams of grated coconut 
  • 2 pandan leaves (roughly the size of 20 cm and tie a knot) 
  • 1 stalk of banana leaves (take the leaves only) 
  • salt to taste

How to Make :
  1. Roughly mashed cassava dried while splashed water, until it becomes cassava that form small granules. 
  2. Furthermore pounded cassava which has earlier given an extra brown sugar. Then wrap cassava as spiced fish wrapped with banana leaves. After all wrapped cassava and cassava steamed until cooked. 
  3. How to make coconut sprinkles for cassava among others: steamed grated coconut with pandan leaves and salt with approximately 15-20 minutes, then remove from heat.
