ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red chilli
- 2 cayenne pepper
- 50 grams of peanuts
- 1 teaspoon tamarind
- 1 piece tofu
- 50 grams of bean sprouts

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of fried onions
- 50 grams sago crackers

How to Make:
- Fry tofu until slightly cooked then sliced into cubes
- Dissolve 2 to 3 tbsp Tamarind water
- Fried peanuts and crackers.
- Peanuts then grind / crush finely and add the soy sauce.
- Add tamarind water, salt and soy sauce.
- Dilute with a little water and mix well.
- Prepare a diamond that has been sliced and sprinkled with herbs on top along with crackers.
