Ketoprak Betawi


ingredients:

  • 100 grams of vermicelli 
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon of fried onions 
  • 50 grams sago crackers 
  • soy sauce 
  • vegetable oil 
  • salt
How to Make

  1. Fry tofu until slightly cooked then sliced ​​into cubes 
  2. Dissolve 2 to 3 tbsp Tamarind water 
  3. Fried peanuts and crackers. 
  4. Peanuts then grind / crush finely and add the soy sauce. 
  5. Add tamarind water, salt and soy sauce. 
  6. Dilute with a little water and mix well. 
  7. Prepare a diamond that has been sliced ​​and sprinkled with herbs on top along with crackers.
