Buffalo Satay

Ingredient :

  • 600 grams of buffalo meat, cut to the size of the box according to taste. 
  • 30 skewers.
Seasoning :

  • 1 teaspoon tamarind, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water. 
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce. 
  • Cooking oil to taste.
Peanut Sauce :
  • 100 grams of peanuts, fried until cooked and dark. 
  • 200 grams of grated coconut, roasted, then mashed. 
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce. 
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar that has been combed. 
  • Salt to taste. 
  • 800 milliliters of water. 
  • Butter or margarine for frying.
How to make

  1. Mix all the ingredients in place to spice up buffalo meat skewers into one. 
  2. Soak the buffalo meat that has been cut into pieces approximately 1 hour. 
  3. Pin on skewers. 
  4. Create the embers of charcoal. 
  5. Fuel buffalo meat that has been pinned on a skewer while inverted until cooked, remove and place on a serving plate. 
  6. Heat oil for frying. 
  7. Stir fry the spice paste until cooked and fragrant. 
  8. Add the peanuts that have been coarsely ground and stir well. 
  9. Pour water. 
  10. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and salt, cook until boiling. 
  11. Add the toasted coconut paste, stir until boiling and mature. 
  12. Serve buffalo meat satay with peanut sauce dressing.
